I just received a text message from the lead pilot. Because of the different weights of the cadets, he had to make a flight list based on that. The reason I asked your preference because I was trying to get the time slots in an effort to give you a better idea of what time you could be flying. However, he did not tell me about the completed list until he got home. This list shows the time, the plane and the pilot that you’ll be flying with. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes to this list and times. Please show 15 minutes earlier than the time listed on the list Thank you in advance for your understanding. Please acknowledge in the comments that you see your name and showtime on the list.

I just got off of the phone with one of the pilots tomorrow’s flights. They still would like to do the flights however we will start later. The showtime will be 10 AM and first flight should take off at 10:30. Everyone does not have to show at 10 o’clock. I am going to have three teams with different showtimes. The first will be 10 AM. The second will be 12 PM and the third will be 1 PM. If you have a preference on a showtime please put that time in the comment section as soon as possible. I want to have the list sent out by 6 PM.
If you know that you will not be able to go please you let me know so there may be room for others to come.

Dear Cadets,

The Civil Air Patrol incentive flights scheduled for tomorrow has been rescheduled to a later day due to the freezing rain forecasted for tomorrow.

The flights scheduled for Sunday are still on as of now, but we are closely monitoring the weather. We will confirm the flight times for Sunday early tomorrow afternoon. The flight times are expected to be between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM.

Please review the list below to see the roster of cadets assigned for the flight.

El vuelo de incentivo de la Patrulla Aérea Civil programado para mañana ha sido reprogramado para una fecha posterior debido al pronóstico de lluvia helada para mañana.

Los vuelos programados para el domingo siguen en pie por ahora, pero estamos monitoreando de cerca el clima. Confirmaremos los horarios de vuelo para el domingo mañana por la tarde. Se espera que los horarios de vuelo estén entre las 8:30 AM y las 2:00 PM.
