Subject: AFJROTC Military Ball – Important Information for Parents

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are pleased to announce that the AFJROTC Military Ball will take place on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM at the Atlanta Marriott Northeast/Emory Area (2000 Century Boulevard NE, Atlanta, GA, 30345). All cadets must be picked up no later than 11:00 PM.

The Military Ball is a longstanding tradition that allows cadets to experience a formal military event while celebrating their achievements. The event includes:

A formal portion featuring a guest speaker and special recognition for our graduating cadets. An informal portion where cadets can enjoy dinner and social activities in a supervised environment.To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, JROTC instructors and staff will be present throughout the event.

Sign-Up and Guest Policy

Cadets must sign up through TeamApp to attend. Each cadet may invite one guest, who must be between the ages of 14 and 19.

Dress Code

Female cadets and all guests: Formal attire.Male cadets: AFJROTC Semi-Formal Blue Uniform (white shirt instead of the blue shirt, no name tag).Cost & Payment

The cost to attend is $45 per person, and payment must be made no later than March 25, 2025 via:

Asunto: Baile Militar de AFJROTC – Información Importante para los Padres

Estimados padres/tutores,

Nos complace anunciar que el Baile Militar de AFJROTC se llevará a cabo el viernes 28 de marzo de 2025, de 7:00 PM a 10:30 PM en el Atlanta Marriott Northeast/Emory Area (2000 Century Boulevard NE, Atlanta, GA, 30345). Todos los cadetes deben ser recogidos a más tardar a las 11:00 PM.

El Baile Militar es una tradición especial que brinda a los cadetes la oportunidad de experimentar un evento formal militar mientras celebran sus logros. El evento incluye:

Una parte formal con un orador invitado y un reconocimiento especial a los cadetes que se gradúan.Una parte informal donde los cadetes disfrutarán de la cena y actividades sociales en un ambiente supervisado.Para garantizar la seguridad y disfrute de todos los asistentes, instructores de JROTC y chaperones estarán presentes durante todo el evento.

Registro y Política de Invitados

Los cadetes deben registrarse a través de TeamApp. Cada cadete puede invitar a un acompañante, quien debe tener entre 14 y 19 años.
