This will be an opportunity for you to either learn or sharpen up on your leadership skills. This will be intense training combining lessons, scenario (what would you do in this situation), drill, PT and of course a good meal packed into 5 hours. The primary trainers will be your unit leadership team. On completion of this course you will acquire a temporary officer rank. This rank will be made permanent based on completion of the after-training requirement we will give you. The uniform requirement will be sweats and any unit PT shirt that you have. This training is open to all cadets 1st -4th years. If you plan on attending please RSVP here and answer the question in the RSVP.
